HOW QUICKLY DO YOU PROCESS ORDERS?

We do our very best to process orders within 48 hours because we know you will be excited to receive your Little Yellow House goodies. If you haven’t received an email with a tracking number after 48 hours, please contact us (in case I am stuck in the studio painting up a storm)

 

DO YOU SELL GIFT VOUCHERS?

Absolutely! We offer vouchers for any amount. The voucher can be emailed to the purchaser so they can use immediately or posted to provide a nice surprise in the mail. A bonus is we ship gift vouchers for free when purchased on their own. We think it's important to spoil the special people in our life and sometimes 'just because' is as good a reason as any. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months after the date of purchase, are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

 

DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?

We like to make things easy and don’t want to disadvantage our customers who live in remote locations so offer a flat rate of $9.95 on shipping within Australia but keep an eye out – we offer free shipping to celebrate lots of things (including Mondays).

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We will gladly investigate rates based on location for international shipping. Send us an email with the item you are looking to purchase and your location and we will provide you with a quote so you can decide whether you want to click ‘Add to Cart.’

 

CAN I TRACK MY PRECIOUS PARCEL?

Definitely! You will receive an email with your tracking number. Orders can be tracked online at www.auspost.com.au/track

I’M SPOILING A SPECIAL PERSON IN MY LIFE. DO YOU GIFT WRAP?

We love pretty things so will gladly add those special finishing touches to ensure your gift arrives wrapped with love. We can even handwrite in one of the gorgeous cards we have available and attach to your gift. Just add any requests and exact wording to the notes section when purchasing. It's that simple. 

 

HOW DO YOU SELECT PRODUCTS?

Our products are carefully curated from the makers and creators of the Riverina, NSW, Australia. You will not find mass produced items and no two items will be the same. We are about celebrating country charm and the wide diversity of talent in the country. Our preference is for quality over quantity.
